Booking Policy – Prograce Cleaners
To ensure a smooth and reliable experience for all our clients, please review our booking terms below:
Cleaning services
1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings must be confirmed via our website, email, or phone. A confirmation message will be sent once your appointment is secured.
2. Cancellations & ReschedulingWe require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of £20 and cancellations made with less then 24 hours notice 100% of the booking total.
3. Access to Property
Clients must ensure safe and timely access to the property at the agreed time. If our team cannot access the property, a call-out fee may apply.
4. Payments
Payments can be made via card or bank transfer. For all bookings, payment is due on the day of service. Contract commercial clients will be invoiced Weekly.
5. Service Guarantee
We aim for 100% satisfaction. If you're unhappy with any aspect of the service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we’ll arrange a re-clean
where appropriate.
6. Regular Cleaning Bookings
When you book our regular cleaning service, you agree to a minimum commitment of eight consecutive appointments, scheduled at least twice a month. This means you are financially responsible for completing and paying for those eight sessions on a bi-monthly basis.
We understand the need for flexibility, so you do have the right to reschedule, extend, or shift the timing of these appointments within our rescheduling policy. However, the commitment to complete eight consecutive twice-monthly appointments remains in place.
