Welcome to the ProGrace Cleaning website Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”).
By accessing this Website and/or making a Booking for Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website.

1. DEFINITIONS

• “Booking”: A booking for Services made by you via our Website.

• “Services”: Cleaning and/or related home or property services.

• “Cleaner”: A cleaner or service provider made available through our Website.

• “We / Us / Our”: ProGrace Cleaning Limited, 5 Brayford Square, London, E1 0SG.

• “Website”: https://www.progracecleaners.com (including any successor URLs and mobile applications).

• “You / Your”: Any user of this Website.

2. USE OF THE WEBSITE

2.1 Access

Your use of the Website and any Bookings must comply with these Terms.

2.2 Registration

You agree that:
(a) All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
(b) You will promptly update any changes via contact@progracecleaners.com.
(c) You will not impersonate another person or use unauthorised details.

2.3 Our Rights

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the Website (in whole or in part) and to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2.4 Lawful Use

You must use the Website lawfully and must not disrupt, damage, or interfere with its operation or related systems.

3. THE PROGRACE CLEANING PLATFORM

3.1 We operate as a booking platform and agency for self-employed service providers. Our contractual obligation to you is limited to providing access to the Website.

3.2 The Cleaner provides the Services directly to you. You and the Cleaner are responsible for any taxes, liabilities, or damages arising from the Services.

3.3 We carry out vetting checks; however, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of third-party or background checks.

3.4 You acknowledge that Services are used at your own risk and that you must provide a safe working environment.

3.5 We may (but are not obliged to) assist with dispute mediation and do not guarantee outcomes.

3.6 We are not liable for damage arising from, including but not limited to:

• Corrosive or specialist cleaning products

• Spillages

• Items requiring specialist care

• Misuse or undocumented use of equipment

• Pre-existing damage

• Damage not reasonably foreseeable or preventable

4. BOOKING SERVICES

4.1 You confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract.

4.2 All Bookings are subject to acceptance and confirmation by email (“Visit Confirmation”).

4.3 You agree not to engage or solicit any Cleaner outside our platform during the term of your agreement and for three (3) months thereafter.

5. PRICE AND PAYMENT

5.1 Prices are displayed on the Website (errors excepted).

5.2 Price changes will not affect Bookings already confirmed.

5.3 We are not responsible for fraudulent use of lost or stolen payment cards.

5.4 You must maintain valid payment details and notify us of changes.

5.5 You authorise pre-authorisation and charging on or after the service date.

5.6 Overdue payments may incur:

• A £10 administrative fee

• Statutory interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate, accruing daily

5.7 Promotions

Promotional offers apply to new customers only, once per household, are time-limited, and may exclude add-ons unless stated otherwise.

5.8 Referral Scheme

Referral codes are for personal, non-commercial use and may be withdrawn at any time.

5.9 Cleaner Payments

We may subsidise promotions without reducing the Cleaner’s agreed rate.

5.10 Late Payment & Debt Collection

Any unpaid invoice may be referred to a third-party debt collection agency after 30 days. You remain liable for all reasonable recovery costs, including legal and collection fees.

6. BOOKING CANCELLATION BY US

6.1 Breach of these Terms may result in immediate cancellation or termination.

6.2 We reserve the right to cancel any Booking at any time, with or without cause.

7. BOOKING CANCELLATION BY YOU

Cleaning Services

Booking Confirmation
Bookings may be made via website, email, or telephone and are confirmed once secured.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• 48+ hours’ notice: No charge

• Less than 48 hours: £20 fee

• Less than 24 hours: 100% of the booking total

Access
You must provide safe and timely access. Failure to do so may result in a call-out charge or full service charge.

Payments
Payment is due on the day of service. Contract clients are invoiced weekly.

Service Guarantee
Any dissatisfaction must be reported within 24 hours of the service.
Where appropriate, we will arrange a re-clean.
Issues reported outside this timeframe may not be reviewed or compensated.

Regular Cleaning Commitment
A minimum of eight (8) consecutive appointments, at least twice per month, is required.
Rescheduling is permitted in line with policy; the financial commitment remains payable.

Trades Services

• Less than 48 hours’ notice: £50 fee

• Less than 24 hours’ notice: 100% charge

All other terms (access, payments, service guarantee) apply as above.

8. INSURANCE

We recommend you maintain suitable home or property insurance.

9. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We do not control or endorse third-party websites and accept no responsibility for them.

10. PRIVACY

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. LIABILITY

11.1 Our total liability is limited to the value of Services purchased in the preceding six months.
11.2 Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or unlawful exclusions.
11.3 We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11.4 We take reasonable care with data security but are not liable absent negligence.

12. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

13. GENERAL

Includes intellectual property rights, electronic communications, notices, severance, waiver, entire agreement, variation, and governing law.
