ProGrace Cleaning – Website Terms and Conditions of Use
Welcome to the ProGrace Cleaning website terms and conditions for use (“Terms”). By accessing this Website and/or making a Booking for Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website.

1) DEFINITIONS

“Booking”: a booking for Services made by you on our Website.

“Services”: cleaning or related home services.

“Cleaner”: a cleaner or service provider available through our Website.

“We/Us”: ProGrace Cleaning Limited, 5 Brayford Square, London, E1 0SG.

“Website”: https://www.progracecleaners.com (including any successor URLs) and ProGrace Cleaning mobile apps.

“You”: a user of this Website.
2) USE OF THE WEBSITE
2.1 Access
Use of the Website and any Booking must comply with these Terms.
2.2 Registration
(a) Information you provide must be true, accurate, current and complete.
(b) Update changes promptly via contact@progracecleaners.com.
(c) Do not impersonate another person or use an unauthorised name.
2.3 Our rights
We may modify/withdraw the Website (in whole or part) and/or update these Terms. Continued use means you accept any changes.
2.4 Lawful use
Use the Website only lawfully. Do not interfere with or disrupt the Website or related networks/equipment.
3) THE PROGRACE CLEANING PLATFORM
3.1 We act as a booking agency for self-employed persons. Our contract with you is limited to providing access to our Website.
3.2 The Cleaner provides the Services directly to you. You and the Cleaner are responsible for any taxes or damage arising from the Services.
3.3 We vet applicants but cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of checks (including third-party checks).
3.4 You use Housekeepers at your own risk and agree to provide a safe working environment.
3.5 We may (but are not obliged to) mediate disputes; we do not guarantee outcomes.
3.6 We are not liable for damage caused by (including but not limited to): corrosive products (e.g., bleach, oven cleaner); spillages; items needing specialist care; misuse/undocumented use of equipment; pre-existing damage; or damage not reasonably foreseeable/preventable by us as the Website provider.
4) BOOKING SERVICES
4.1 You warrant you are at least 18 and legally capable of entering binding contracts.
4.2 All Bookings require acceptance; acceptance is confirmed by email (“Visit Confirmation”).
4.3 You agree not to engage any Cleaner outside our platform during this agreement and for 3 months after it ends.
5) PRICE AND PAYMENT
5.1 Prices appear on our Website (obvious errors excepted).
5.2 Price changes won’t affect Bookings already confirmed by Visit Confirmation.
5.3 We cannot be responsible for fraudulent use of a lost/stolen payment card on our Website.
5.4 You must maintain valid payment details and notify us of changes.
5.5 You authorise pre-authorisation and charging on or after the service day.
5.6 Overdue amounts may incur a £10 admin fee and statutory interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate (accruing daily) until paid in full.
5.7 Promotions/first-clean offers: new customers only; once per household/customer; max 3 hours; excludes add-ons unless stated; further terms (incl. expiry) apply—contact contact@progracecleaners.com.
5.8 Referral scheme: for personal, non-commercial use only; we may withdraw/deactivate codes/benefits at any time.
5.9 We may subsidise promotional offers without reducing the cleaner’s agreed rate; amounts up to the cleaner’s standard rate are consideration due to the cleaner.
5.10 Late Payment and Debt Collection
Any invoice issued by ProGrace Cleaning Limited, whether to clients for services rendered or to cleaners or subcontractors for breach of agreement (including no-shows), is subject to the following terms:

Payment is due by the date specified on the invoice.

In the event of late payment, a £10 administrative fee will be applied.

Statutory interest at a rate of 8% above the Bank of England base rate will accrue daily from the due date until full payment is made.

If payment is not received within 30 days of the due date, we reserve the right to refer the outstanding amount to a third-party debt collection agency.

You will be liable for any and all reasonable costs, including legal fees and collection charges, incurred by us in recovering the debt.
6) BOOKING CANCELLATION BY US
6.1 Breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination of access/Bookings.
6.2 We may cancel any Booking at any time, with or without cause.
7) BOOKING CANCELLATION BY YOU
Cleaning Services

Booking Confirmation: Confirm via website, email, or phone. We’ll send confirmation once secured.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:
-
≥ 48 hours’ notice: no charge.

< 48 hours’ notice: £20 fee.
-
< 24 hours’ notice: 100% of the booking total.

Access: Provide safe, timely access. If the team cannot access, a call-out or full charge may apply.

Payments: Due on the day for all services; contract clients invoiced weekly .

Service Guarantee: Tell us within 24 hours if dissatisfied; we’ll arrange a re-clean where appropriate.

Regular Cleaning Commitment: Minimum eight consecutive appointments, at least twice monthly. You may reschedule within policy; the financial commitment to eight sessions remains.

8) INSURANCE
We recommend you maintain suitable home/property insurance for Services booked via our Website.
9) THIRD-PARTY LINKS
We don’t control or endorse third-party sites linked on our Website; you access them at your own risk.
10) PRIVACY
We process your data per our Privacy Policy. By using the Website, you consent and warrant data accuracy.
11) LIABILITY
11.1 Our liability is limited to the total price of Services you purchased in the preceding six months.
11.2 Nothing excludes liability for death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything unlawful to exclude.
11.3 We’re not liable for indirect/consequential loss (e.g., income, business, profits, contracts, anticipated savings, data, or management time).
11.4 We take reasonable care to keep Booking/payment details secure, but we aren’t liable for unauthorised access absent our negligence.
12) EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL (FORCE MAJEURE)
We’re not liable for failure/delay due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., industrial action, civil unrest, terrorism, war, fire, flood, epidemic, transport/telecom failures, government action). Performance is suspended during the event and resumes as soon as reasonably possible.
13) GENERAL
13.1 Intellectual Property
All Website content is ours/our licensors’. Personal, non-commercial use only. User content (e.g., reviews) grants us a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use/adapt/display it. Prohibited content includes illegal/defamatory/obscene/hateful/infringing or deceptive material, harassment, impersonation, or incitement.
13.2 Compliance with Laws
You’ll comply with all applicable laws when using the Website.
13.3 Written Communications
You agree to electronic communications (email/website notices) satisfying any “in-writing” requirements.
13.4 Notices
Send notices to: ProGrace Cleaning Limited, 5 Brayford Square, London, E1 0SG or contact@progracecleaners.com. We may notify you via the email/postal address you provide. Notice is deemed received: immediately if posted on the Website; 24 hours after email; three days after posting a letter.
13.5 Transfer of Rights and Obligations
Your rights are non-transferable without our written consent. We may assign/sub-contract at any time.
13.6 Severance
If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in force.
13.7 Waiver
No waiver of a breach is a waiver of subsequent breaches.
13.8 Entire Agreement
These Terms (and referenced documents) are the entire agreement and supersede prior communications.
13.9 Variation
We may revise these Terms; the version in force at booking applies.
13.10 Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by English law. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
