We request a very small deposit £20 (£30 for commercial appointments) to secure your booking.

To refer a friend and earn referral credit, log into your account, go to the 'Referrals' section, and share your unique referral link with friends. You will earn credit once they complete their first booking.
To change your payment card details, log into your account, go to the 'Payments' section, and update your card information. Make sure to save the changes.
To change your contact details, log into your account, go to the 'Profile' section, and update your contact information. Make sure to save the changes.
To erase your data, contact our customer support team with your request. They will guide you through the process of data erasure and ensure your information is removed from our systems.
To tip your Housekeeper, log into your account, go to the 'Payments' section, and select 'Tip Housekeeper'. Enter the amount you wish to tip and confirm the payment.
To transfer your Housekeep account to someone else, contact our customer support team with the details of the new account holder. They will assist you with the transfer process.
