Your standard deep clean includes thorough vacuuming of carpets and rugs.
Professional carpet washing/extraction is a specialist service and is quoted separately depending on the number and size of carpeted areas.
Upholstery Cleaning
Professional extraction cleaning of sofas, armchairs, mattresses and other upholstered items can be quoted separately where available.
External Window Cleaning
External windows are not included within our standard deep clean and can be quoted separately where available.
Deep Cleaning Prices
Our professional Deep Cleaning Service is charged at:
£24 per hour/per cleaner
Minimum booking: 4 hours for 1 cleaner
The time required will depend on the size, condition and cleaning requirements of your property.
Typical Cleaning Times
1 Bedroom: approximately 4–5 hours
2 Bedrooms: approximately 5–6 hours
3 Bedrooms: approximately 5–6 hours
Larger properties: approximately 6–10+ labour hours (multiple cleaners to shorten time spent)
These are estimated cleaning times only. Properties with significant grease, limescale, dirt, clutter or build-up may require additional time.
