Our Standard Cleaning Service is designed to keep your home clean, fresh and maintained through routine surface-level cleaning.
This service is available as either a Regular Cleaning Service or a One-Off Standard Clean.
Please note that Standard Cleaning is a maintenance/surface clean and is different from our Deep Cleaning and End of Tenancy services. It does not include intensive cleaning, heavy build-up removal or detailed deep cleaning.

Our Regular and One-Off Standard Cleaning services are surface/maintenance cleans. The following are not included as part of the standard service:

If your property has significant dirt, grease, limescale or built-up grime, please select our Deep Cleaning Service instead.
REGULAR CLEANING
£16.95 per hour
Our Regular Cleaning Service is ideal for customers who want ongoing maintenance cleaning to keep their home clean and manageable.
Regular cleaning is available fortnightly and requires a minimum commitment of 8 consecutive cleans.
A Deep Clean must be completed before commencing our Regular Cleaning Service, helping us bring the property to a suitable standard that can then be maintained during your regular appointments.
ONE-OFF STANDARD CLEANING    
£20 per hour
Minimum booking: 3 hours      
Our One-Off Standard Cleaning Service is ideal when you need some extra help around the home without requiring a full deep clean.
It provides the same surface-level cleaning standard as our Regular Cleaning Service but without an ongoing cleaning commitment.
