Cancellation Policy

📅 Booking Policy – Prograce Cleaners To ensure a smooth and reliable experience for all our clients, please review our booking terms below: 1. Booking Confirmation All bookings must be confirmed via our website, email, or phone. A confirmation message will be sent once your appointment is secured. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of £20 and cancellations made with less then 24 hours notice 100% of the booking total. 3. Access to Property Clients must ensure safe and timely access to the property at the agreed time. If our team cannot access the property, a call-out fee may apply. 4. Payments Payments can be made via card, bank transfer, or cash. For one-off bookings, payment is due on the day of service. Contract clients will be invoiced monthly. 5. Service Guarantee We aim for 100% satisfaction. If you're unhappy with any aspect of the service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we’ll arrange a re-clean where appropriate. 6. Regular Cleaning Bookings When you book our regular cleaning service, you agree to a minimum commitment of eight consecutive appointments, scheduled at least twice a month. This means you are financially responsible for completing and paying for those eight sessions on a bi-monthly basis. We understand the need for flexibility, so you do have the right to reschedule, extend, or shift the timing of these appointments within our rescheduling policy.
